Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, major sales events, or holidays.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Large or Specialty Items
Certain oversized, specialty, or custom-order products may require additional processing and transit time. If your order contains these items, extended delivery estimates will be communicated during fulfillment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@lumanesthub.com with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will never be left to resolve a shipping issue on your own.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees after purchase.
